Enable it under Chatbot → Design → Dynamic pop-up.
Before you start
The dynamic pop-up reuses the visibility settings of the regular pop-up, so it has nothing to appear in until that one is on.- Turn on Show pop-up and enable it for Mobile, Desktop, or both.
- Turn on Dynamic pop-up.
- Click Save in that section.
What visitors see
- The message arrives about three seconds after the visitor first interacts with the page, the same moment the regular pop-up would have appeared.
- The bubble stays hidden until the AI’s first words arrive, then the message types itself in.
- The message is written in the visitor’s browser language.
- Messages are kept short, around 150 characters, so they fit the bubble on a phone.
What the AI knows
The AI writes the message using the same product catalog and instructions it uses in chat, so the tone matches the rest of your chatbot. On a product page it looks the product up in your catalog first so it can be specific about it. If it can’t work out which product the page is about, it writes a warm general invitation instead. Visitors never see an error, and they’re never told that a lookup failed. When it falls back
If the AI can’t answer at all, for example during an outage, the visitor gets a short generic invitation instead of an empty bubble. That fallback is translated into a number of common languages and defaults to English for the rest. When to use it
- Product-heavy shops: a pop-up that names the product beats a generic greeting.
- Large or fast-changing catalogs: you would never write a pop-up line per product by hand.
- Multilingual shops: one toggle covers every language you sell in, with no translations to maintain.
