What you can customize

Best practices
- Use your brand color so the chatbot fits in with the rest of your site.
- Profile picture should be square. SVG or PNG with a transparent background works best. Max file size is 2 MB.
- Bubble position is bottom-right by default. Move it to bottom-left if you already have a button there.
- Check on mobile. On phones the chat opens full-screen, so make sure your name and color still look right.
