The AI knows your full product catalog from your product feed. When a customer asks about a product, or describes what they’re looking for, the AI can recommend matching items right inside the chat.

What the AI can do

  • Recommend products based on what the customer is looking for (“Show me waterproof jackets under €100”).
  • Compare two products if the customer asks the difference.
  • Suggest related items (for example, a memory card for a camera).
  • Answer questions about price, materials, warranty, and return policy.

Product cards

When the AI recommends a product, it shows up as a card with the product image, title, and price. The customer can click the card to open the product page on your shop.

Make recommendations better

  • Keep your feed up to date. Out-of-stock items, broken images, or missing prices lead to worse recommendations. See Product feeds.
  • Use Personality to tell the AI how to recommend. For example: “If the customer mentions gifting, suggest the premium option.”
  • Add FAQs for common buying questions, like “What do you recommend for sensitive skin?”. See FAQs.
  • Use suggested prompts to get people started, like “Help me find a gift under €50”. See Suggested prompts.
