Floating Ask AI is an inline input that sits anywhere on your page: homepage hero, product page, or navbar. Customers type their question right there and the answer opens in the chat.
Enable it under Chatbot → Design → Floating Ask AI.

When to use it

  • Homepage: give visitors a way to ask anything without clicking the chat bubble.
  • Product pages: let customers ask product-specific questions inline.
  • Help center: turn it into your search bar.
