Last updated: 19 Jan 2026 Molin AI LTD. (“Molin AI”, “we”, or “our”) engages certain third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to support the delivery of our services. These Subprocessors may process, store, or otherwise access customer information or personal data as necessary to operate and improve the Molin AI platform. This information is provided in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as applicable. Unless otherwise defined here, capitalised terms have the meaning set out in our Terms of Service or in a superseding written agreement between Molin AI and the customer. Before engaging any Subprocessor, Molin AI performs due diligence to assess their privacy, information security, and data protection practices. We enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors requiring compliance with applicable data protection laws, confidentiality obligations, security controls, and international data transfer safeguards. Subprocessors are granted access to customer data only to the extent strictly necessary for them to perform their services for Molin AI. They are expressly prohibited from using customer data for any other purpose.
