1. What is the Ninja Referral Program?

Molin AI is offering Ninja Users the opportunity to earn credit rewards (“Rewards”) by referring new users (“Invitees”) to sign up for Molin Ninja (“Ninja”). This referral program (“Ninja Referral Program”) is separate from and independent of any referral programs offered for the Molin AI platform. These terms and conditions (“Referral Terms”) govern participation in the Ninja (https://ninja.new/) Referral Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these Referral Terms, the Molin Ninja Terms and Conditions, and the Molin AI Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

a) To be eligible as a referrer, you must have an active Molin account in good standing. b) The Invitee must be a new Molin User who has not previously created a Ninja account. c) Molin AI employees, contractors, and their family members are not eligible to participate as either referrers or Invitees. d) Users whose accounts have been suspended, terminated, or flagged for abuse are not eligible.

3. How It Works

Each eligible User receives a unique referral link accessible via the Molin dashboard. You may share this code with prospective Invitees through any lawful means.

3.2 Required Steps

For a referral to qualify, the Invitee must: a) Sign up for a Molin Ninja account using the referrer’s unique referral code or link. b) Complete any additional onboarding or verification steps as specified in the Ninja dashboard at the time of the referral. c) Any additional conditions communicated through the Ninja dashboard or referral materials at the time of the invitation. The specific required steps may be updated from time to time and will be communicated through the Ninja dashboard.

3.3 Reward Distribution

a) Upon successful completion of all required steps by the Invitee, one or both parties will receive the applicable Reward. b) Rewards are issued in the form of Ninja credits, which are added to the recipient’s Ninja credit balance. c) The specific Reward amounts for both the referrer and the Invitee will be communicated through the Ninja dashboard at the time of the referral. d) Molin AI reserves the right to change Reward amounts at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Rewards already earned but not yet distributed.

4. Reward Terms

a) Referral Rewards are issued as Ninja credits only and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another User, or applied to Molin AI chatbot platform subscriptions. b) Referral credits are subject to the same usage terms as purchased credits and are consumed through normal task execution. c) There may be a maximum number of successful referrals per User per period. Any limits will be communicated through the Ninja dashboard. d) Rewards will be credited within a reasonable timeframe after all required steps are verified.

5. Anti-Abuse and Fraud Prevention

a) The Ninja Referral Program is intended to reward genuine referrals of real, unique new Users to Ninja. b) The following activities constitute abuse and are strictly prohibited:
  • Creating fake, duplicate, or temporary accounts to generate referral Rewards.
  • Self-referrals (referring yourself using a different email address or identity).
  • Orchestrating campaigns designed to artificially inflate referral Rewards without resulting in genuine new Ninja Users.
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with Molin AI or Ninja when soliciting referrals.
  • Using paid advertising on search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc) or social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc) that references Molin AI or Ninja brand names or variations thereof.
  • Posting or distributing referral links or codes in public channels, including but not limited to social media posts, public forums, Reddit, coupon or deal-sharing websites, Discord servers, Telegram groups, blog comments, or any other publicly accessible medium. Referral links are intended for direct, personal sharing with individuals you know.
  • Using multiple accounts, email aliases, or alternative identities to refer yourself or circumvent the one-referral-per-Invitee rule.
c) If Molin AI determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in fraud or abuse of the Ninja Referral Program, Molin AI may:
  • Revoke any Rewards earned through fraudulent or abusive referrals.
  • Suspend or terminate the User’s referral privileges.
  • Suspend or terminate the User’s Ninja account.
  • Take any other action deemed appropriate in the circumstances.

6. Program Changes and Termination

a) Molin AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ninja Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. b) If Molin AI terminates the program, any Rewards already credited to User accounts will remain valid and usable. Pending Rewards (where the Invitee has not yet completed all required steps) may be forfeited. c) Molin AI will endeavour to provide notice of material changes through the Ninja dashboard or email.

7. Tax Obligations

Referral Rewards (whether in credits or any other form) may be subject to income tax or other taxes in your jurisdiction. It is entirely your responsibility to determine and pay any applicable taxes. Molin AI bears no liability for any tax obligations arising from receiving Rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Molin AI shall not be liable for any failure to award Rewards due to technical issues, system errors, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If you believe you are entitled to a Reward that has not been awarded, please contact us at legal@molin.ai.

9. Governing Law

These Referral Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
