1. Scope

These Promotional Terms (“Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, discounts, introductory pricing, coupons, and similar incentives (“Promotions”) made available by Molin AI Ltd (“Molin AI”, “we”, “us”) in connection with our Services, unless a specific Promotion expressly states otherwise in writing. These Terms supplement the Terms of Service and, where applicable, any Order Form. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific Promotion’s stated terms, the specific Promotion’s terms prevail.

2. Eligibility

a) Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Pricing Page or in the applicable Promotion materials, all Promotions are available exclusively to new customers who have not previously held a paid subscription to any Molin AI service. b) A customer who has previously held a paid subscription and subsequently cancelled, downgraded to a free plan, or otherwise ceased paying is not eligible for new-customer Promotions upon resubscribing. c) Eligibility is determined at the team level. If any member of a team (as defined in the Terms of Service) has previously held a paid subscription, no member of that team qualifies as a new customer for the purposes of these Terms.

3. Scope of Promotional Pricing

a) Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Pricing Page or in the applicable Promotion materials, any promotional or introductory pricing applies to one (1) chatbot or subscription per team only — not to all chatbots, widgets, or subscriptions within a team’s account. b) Any additional chatbots, widgets, or subscriptions created by the same team during the promotional period are billed at the standard rates published on the Pricing Page. c) Promotional pricing does not carry over to additional products, services, or plan upgrades unless expressly stated.

4. Duration and Renewal

a) Promotional pricing applies for the period stated in the Promotion materials. If no period is stated, the Promotion applies to the first billing cycle only. b) Upon expiration of the promotional period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard pricing published on the Pricing Page, unless the customer cancels before the end of the promotional period.

5. Abuse and Correction

a) If promotional pricing is applied in error due to a system issue, billing defect, or any other technical or administrative mistake, Molin AI reserves the right to correct the billing to reflect the standard pricing that should have applied, effective from the date the error occurred. b) Molin AI reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or claw back any Promotion where the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, whether or not the Promotion was applied automatically by our systems. c) Molin AI may, in its sole discretion, take any action it considers appropriate in response to abuse or exploitation of a Promotion, including but not limited to: reversing discounts, billing the difference at standard rates, suspending Services, or terminating the customer’s account.

6. Non-Transferable and Non-Combinable

a) Promotions are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, or assigned to another party. b) Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or credits unless expressly stated.

7. Modifications

Molin AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Promotions already applied to an active subscription during its current promotional period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
